LIFE COACHING
Have you ever heard the expression "All the answers are within yourself", well quite simply it's true. Deep down we know what we like, what we are good at and what we want. Sometimes though we need another to help us see it clearly.
That's where I come in, through easy, comfortable questioning and discussions. I listen, observe and then work with you to achieve your goals, make any changes, follow your ambitions and become more successful.
We all know that we benefit if we use a coach to help us perform better, could be it at a particular sport or singing or acting, there are many options. Using a life coach to help you achieve the best version of yourself, to realise your full potential in life and overcome any difficult situations that occur, makes perfect sense.
We will work at your pace, to your agenda, I will ensure you feel at ease and have the time and space to share your thoughts and needs and together explore your ideas. We can meet in-person or do this online.
Life coaching will work in the present day to improve your future and in most instances it does not need you to open up about your past or give any specific details, unless you are trying to stop repeated negative behaviour e.g. an angry response or doing something to excess.
NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming is a series of models, techniques and strategies to help us better understand how the language we use influences the way we think and the results we get!
NLP demonstrates how to model your own successes, so that you can reproduce them.
NLP is the study of both the conscious and unconscious processes that combine to enable people to do what they do. The key to success is often unknown at a conscious level. Using NLP, you uncover the unknown!
You may want to improve your relationships, or eliminate an anxiety or phobia, or become more competitive in the market place. Once you become aware of these unknown, thoughts, feelings and beliefs you can change them.
Life may have thrown you a curve-ball (e.g divorce, bereavement, redundancy) or life as you have known it for a long time has changed (e.g new home, new job, children left home, retirement) when faced with disillusionment and uncertainty coaching can help you focus on the positives and move forward. NLP is also very useful for those with ADHD helping them build structure to areas that they find difficult. There are so many situations coaching can help with that we all could benefit from having it.
NLP exercises are like thought experiments, mental exercises or a game. The laboratory is your mind.
I have had training with techniques that will help us discover what needs to happen and can work through processes with you, to make it happen.
