Thoughts & notes...

ADHD in Educational Environments:
No one hands teachers or teaching assistants a manual for the child who can't settle, the pupil who shuts down the moment they feel criticised, or the class that unravels the second the routine changes. Your lesson plan isn’t designed to be able to differentiate for those that learn differently. The lesson time is limited, as is the training to understand the behaviour of r pupils with differing needs, the system of course is designed with the majority (neurotypical) in mind

ADHD Parenting:
If you're raising a child or teenager with ADHD, you already know the gap between what the parenting books tell you and what actually happens in your house. Sticker charts stop working by Wednesday. Consequences don't land the way they're supposed to.
